Are you wondering why we seek new Shareholders? Well there is a very simple answer. Every project requires significant funding, either for the planning and consultation stage, funding for building, development or both. These costs can be significant, running into millions of pounds for the largest projects. However, be assured all costs will be outlined in a clear and informative manner.
